David Laiderman, COO and Co-Founder
David Laiderman is one of the four founding management team members of YNot. Since YNot’s inception, Mr. Laiderman has had general management responsibility for the Company’s operations during which time the Company successfully expanded to 17 campus locations. Mr. Laiderman is responsible for the ongoing operations of company managed and licensee managed territories, as well as all legal, finance, and accounting functions. He attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.A. in 2005.

Chris Jeffery, Business Development Officer and Co-Founder
Chris Jeffery is one of the four founding management team members of YNot and is the Business Development Officer. Since YNot’s inception, Mr. Jeffery has been a key architect behind the Company’s advertising platform and has been the lead sales person responsible for the cultivation of relationships with restaurant owners nationwide. In addition, Mr. Jeffery is responsible for pursuing channel distribution opportunities and evaluating entry strategies for new markets. Mr. Jeffery attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.S. in 2004.

Jason Kwicien, Client Support Officer and Co-Founder
Mr. Kwicien is one of the four founding management team members of YNot and is the Company’s Client Support Officer. Since YNot’s inception, Mr. Kwicien has overseen YNot’s customer service function and has been a key architect behind the Company’s technology infrastructure. He is responsible for the Company’s interaction with its two major constituencies: restaurant owners and site users. He also manages the YNot call center, and oversees all human resource functions. Mr. Kwicien attended the Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.S. in 2004.
