Harry Plack, CPA, CVA, CFE, CMC
Mr. Plack is the managing member of Plack Group, LLC, a Maryland-based financial consulting firm. Mr. Plack is responsible for advising the YNot team on improving profitable growth and corporate governance. In addition, his team assists with financial analysis, reporting, and tax matters. Mr. Plack attended the University of Baltimore where he earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting and the Johns Hopkins University where he earned a Masters degree in Management.

Jack Kwicien
Jack Kwicien is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Daymark Advisors, LLC, and has over 30 year of executive management experience, and prior entrepreneurial success. His career includes senior management assignments with a variety of insurance companies including: Prudential, Crum & Forster, and Maryland Casualty. He previously founded Rewards Plus of America Corporation in 1995 and led the Company as CEO through several rounds of Venture Capital financing. He successfully exited Rewards Plus in 1999 and the company has since been acquired by Hewitt and Associates. Mr. Kwicien is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Susanne Radek
Susanne Radek is a co-founder and Partner of Daymark Advisors, LLC a consulting and M&A firm based in Baltimore, MD. She has 15 years experience in strategic marketing, specifically marketing of intangibles, worksite and affinity marketing, Internet marketing, corporate marketing communications, marketing research and public relations. Her career spans assignments with Zurich Insurance Group, Rewards Plus of America, Gr8 and Incube8.com. Ms. Radek is a graduate of Loyola College and attended the Johns Hopkins University. She is a Board Member of the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
